Pss5 not recognizing discs
Every time I turn on my PS5, the disc drive runs but says it does not recognize the disc. I have already tried replacing the disc driver laser, KEM-497aaa. The model is CFI-1115a.

Hi!
Usually it is the laser, but it could be way more (drive board, other components on there, etc.).
I recommend to try with a new drive, and see what happens.
Note: Always transfer your original board (from the OLD drive to the >>> New drive)!!!

I have already tried replacing the part 3 times that’s why I’m looking for any other ideas to try and help

okay, then I'm afraid it's related to either the motherboard or the PCB. Is there a way for you to test them (and do you have soldering experience)? If the PCB is broken, it would be difficult to fix as you cannot marry a new PCB to the motherboard. Otherwise I recommend to check with a local repair shop. Sorry.
Well, you can't re-pair the boards unless you happen to be Sony and have all of their proprietary pairing software. You might also try moving the component that actually pairs the drive PCB to the motherboard, but last I checked, that's not easy to do and requires microsoldering to pull off (But hey, try it if you want!). You could also try to figure out if there's a specific component on the board that's being problematic and replace it.
