Regarding that you have 32 GB of ram installed while your system claims only ~28 GB is normal!

This is because in laptops your processor's integrated graphics uses system ram as vram. So your iGPU is claiming ~4 GB for vram, leaving your operating system to use some 28 GB for normal ram operations.

@sulinkssgd there are no official Windows audio drivers that are supported by Microsoft for Chromebook computers. Chromebooks are not designed to run Windows and OEM's (like Cirrus or Realtek) do not release Windows compatible drivers. Now, there are some custom drivers that have been developed by developers like coolstar.org (found on chrultrabook.com ) to get the audio working in Windows. For more on that, as well as possible solutions, check the forums like r/chrultrabook and GitHub that deal with that.
