The settings app not opening can be due to due to a software glitch, corrupted app data, or other system issues. To fix this, I have included a YouTube guide to help you. If you are unable to access the video, then I will type out how to fix it. Two things I would try to do is clearing the app cache and restarting the phone. I have found that this is a common issue with the Samsung Galaxy A14 and it had happened to me personally before. Video
