You'll need to give us a bit more! Make & Model, what have you checked? It the water line connected and active, did you replace the filter, is the unit even getting cold and powered?
It’s a Qunler and it’s not it’s not making ice and it’s making a terrible noise it has hard water buildup we ran the cleaner through it all day and still nothing
One main reason for not making ice in an ice maker is the problem of insulation. Check for places for any thermal leak. Places like gaskets, lids, clamps etc.
