Hi!
Do you know what cellular networks (e.g. 5G / 4G / LTE, etc.) your phone model supports, and which cell networks your carrier provides?
One possibility would be if your carrier only offers newer cellular networks (e.g., 5G, 4G), whereas your phone maybe only supports older cell networks (like 3G, 2G).
