My graphic card/driver has been in-stable the resolution on my pc has been changed from the previous settings so now it’s all different

What is the make and model number of the GPU card in the PC?
Have you tried to alter the card's resolution setting back to what it was?
Most cards e.g. Nvidia, AMD etc have their own software which allow you to do this.
