The lens will not close fully, it just pops back out when I try to push it closed. I'm not sure if I need to add other information, but let me know please & thank you!
I've further taken apart the camera and unfortunately found the problem: two little plastic pieces that keep the lens fully closed are broken. This may have happened when the lens was pulled open instead of using the button.

I'm having this problem as well. I've removed the case but there's still no obvious way to get the lens to stay down and shut/closed.

I don't know how or if it can be fixed. Yet.
