The Entry/Solve button is not working?

Ok so I have a TI-84 Plus yellow-black calculator ( the ones that says school property) and I had it for a couple of years and now the entry/solve button doesn't work. All other buttons work but not that. Is there a way to fix it and dissemble a TI-84 Plus.

did the batteries leak before?

check for any corrosion or battery leaks.

i have a feeling the enter button was affected due to leaked battery.

you will need to open the calculator up to inspect the keypad.
