How to remove original owner email?
Bought a Samsung Galaxy A04e from a person it was her passed away mother's phone I factory reset it but it wants original Gmail linked to phone how can I remove or bypass it please

@chantelllubbe you can't. It will require the original owner (the one that set this phone up) to remove the credentials. The only thing you can try to check for FRP reset on place like Youtube or to get the original owner to help you with this.
