My PC does not function properly the screen turns blue it says the PC didn't shut down correctly it keeps on rebooting it self.

What is the full model number of the laptop as shown on the product information label on the bottom of the laptop?
Does the PC reach to Windows desktop before the blue screen occurs or doesn't it get that far?
When the PC is on try pressing and holding the power button operated until the PC turns off and check if it starts again by itself.
If it doesn't try turning it on and check what happens.
