PC will not boot, getting the following error scrolling over and over again:
for Realtek: RTL8139(X)/8130/810X PCI Fast Ethernet Controller v2.13
PXE-E61: Media Test Failure, check cable
PXE-M0F: Exiting PXE Rom

If the Toughbook does not recognize your Optical Drive (CDROM) or if there is no Hard Disk Drive then you will get this error message.
You may set the boot order in the BIOS by pressing the "F2" Function key and setting CDROM as the first boot device.
If you only have a 3.5" floppy disk drive then try to boot from diskette.
