Having used the phone for 4 years, phone buttons are no longer working and is suppressed within the device. Need to put extreme force to get the button clicked. Please advise how to replace the buttons. Both volume and power button.
Hi, I had the same problem before. I had to use a lot of force to press the power and volume buttons, and sometimes it felt like the phone might break. It was really frustrating.
Later, I took the phone to a service center, and they told me that the switch inside had somehow moved out of place. They fixed it, and it only cost about $2 to repair the buttons.
Since you asked this question several months ago, I hope the problem has already been resolved. If not, you might want to visit a service center.
