Battery is not working
My laptop is not working on charge.When I plug out my charger from my laptop,my laptop automatic shut down.I have to open my laptop with my charger plug in.Is it possible to fix?

Replacing the battery is the best thing to do to permanently fix the problem.
Here's the ifixit Dell Alienware 15 R3 Battery Replacement guide that shows what to do.
There are two different batteries that are compatible with the laptop.
One is a 4 cell 68 WHr (Watt Hour) battery (Dell p/n P69F) and the other is a 6 cell 99 WHr battery (Dell p/n 9NJM1). Search online for the part number only of the battery you want, to find suppliers that suit you best.
