Why wont my device charge?

Have you tried using a different, known working, compatible charger or charger cable to see if the battery started to charge in the headphones?

If you have and it still isn't charging it could be a faulty USB-C port or charge port board.

If the charge port is damaged etc, it may be easier to replace the board as it may be difficult to source the exact type of USB-C connector used in the headphones. Search online for Sony WH-1000XM4 charge port board to find suppliers that suit you best.

It could also be a failed battery. Not sure if the headphone would still indicate that the battery was charging or not if the battery had failed so maybe before assuming it's a faulty charge port board, check the voltage of the battery to see if it has got some voltage left in it.
