@friendsgamer not quite sure what it is that you are referring to but I assume it is your volume controller. Use the Pioneer SA1290 Service Manual check the explosion drawing to work on it and use the schematics to see how and where it connects. Since this is a slightly older model you may have to scour the internet for a used volume assembly or consider purchasing a broken amplifier and use that as a donor for yours.
