I have ink on my display it fell down but it keeps spreading.

Hey there OP, what kind of ink is this? Is it printer ink, or ink from a pen? You could probably use 90% Isopropyl Alcohol and a Microfiber cloth to clean it off.

The OP probably means spreading dead pixels in the display.
Time to replace the display I think, especially since the phone has been dropped.

Sounds like you have dead pixels, you can use this video to help you with a screen replacement.
