Don't know about a kit, but here are the Motorola part numbers for the display assembly that may help to find suppliers.
Not many suppliers out there, probably because it is a very recent model.
5D68C24213 (official colour name = Putty - aka caramel latte).
5D68C24214 (official colour name = Poinciana - aka scarlet red).
