Operating system not found
I already press ctrl+alt+del and f2. But it's not working

It's no use to just press buttons. Read your screen on start and press the keys that call the boot menu. In the boot menu, there should be a drive with an OS. Also check if no SD cards\CF cards\ or USB drives.
If I have an optical drive -- check if it's empty.
