String line not cutting-cutting off
the string line is not cutting off. When i push the head down, more string is let out, but the excess line is tangling around the feedhead, and not cutting off when the line comes across the blade

There should be a small blade on the underside of the debris shield that cuts the string when it is let out. Is this blade missing? broken? clogged? dull?
