Here's a parts list which has a number of parts for a GE Profile Opal 2 ice maker (model #OPLXPIO13BCBT). Unfortunately, the gearbox is not listed.
perhaps contact the supplier in the link and ask them if it is available or if they know the part number.
Have you tried searching online for the gearbox's part number only? Hopefully it may be shown somewhere on it.
