Is this a known working GPU card or unknown if it works OK or not?
Do the fans on the GPU turn on?
Can you try a different PCIe slot on the motherboard and see if that works?
Have the power cables been attached to the GPU card?
Are there any LEDs blinking on the GPU card?
What have you checked?
