Why is my HP EliteBook 850 G6 not turning on, showing a solid white Caps Lock light, and displaying an alternating white and orange charging port light, and how can I fix this issue?

This could be a ram issue, so try switching the RAM sticks around, or (if you have multiple) boot with only one inserted.
