Touchscreen Issue on Nook HD+ (Right Side Unresponsive)

Hi, My Nook HD + has had the usual ghosting issue for a while. But recently, the right side of the screen stopped responding completely. The screen is not broken or dropped or anything. It's just that touch on the left half works while the right doesn't respond. Does anyone have any idea about this? Thanks.
