The Sony a7iii, released in February 2018, is the first mirrorless camera that was commonly used by professionals and initiated the shift from mirrored to mirrorless.
The Problem is most likely a stuck piece of a broken SD-Card. Try blowing compressed Air into the Slot and shaking it while the slot is pointing downwards
