iPhone 7 plus charging issue

Hello i have an iphone 7 plus oneday my phone abnormally charging wobbly and the port is not tight anymore then suddenly stop charging at all and then i change the charging port but when i try to charge the phone it say this accessory may not be supported I'm thinking of tristar issue or just the replace charging port is defective?
