Would it be difficult to replace vibration motors?

I own the Xbox version of the Victrix Pro BFG and lately my vibration has been getting weaker and the vibration noise sounds like it's struggling. Today the vibration stopped working completely. Parts are hard to for these remotes. I'd prefer installing brand new motors, but maybe I can find a cheap donor controller on ebay for this application. Any thoughts?

Hi Evan!

I think it's for the best to buy a broken (donor) controller and get the parts from there. Make sure that the vibration motors are fine.

It's not difficult to replace it. So far I know it's not soldered on!

Thank you! That is what I'll try. I'm not a huge fan of soldering, so that would be good news. These controllers are very easy to work on for the most part.
