защо не се стартита от мрежата, а само с батерия

компютъра не се включва със захранване от мреата, а само от батерията. когато е изключен зарежда батерията, но от няколко дена и това на става. мога ли да го активирам с външна батерия - usb и ако може какъв тип трябва да е?
