Sonos Play:5 (Gen 2) was introduced in late 2015 and discontinued in early 2020 with the launch of it's successor, the Sonos Five. The Play:5 (get 2) and Five are identical except for improved cosmetics and newer processing hardware with more ram. The speaker drivers, amplifiers, and DSP are the same.
My speaker suddenly stopped connecting to wifi. Even after following all the steps on a live chat with Sonos US still nothing works. It won’t make the final setup step of connecting to my wifi network.
