R2 Button sticking out from controller

So i dropped my controller yesterday and now my r2 is sticking out like i can put my finger in the hole. Which has made my R1 be pushed in, ive tried taking the thing apart but because its pushing against it the R2 is stopping me from pulling the casing off. Ive trued though with a little hesitation to pull it back into place but it is stuck in its position
