Hi @genahmad
Here's a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra screen replacement video that may help.
The vibrate motor can be seen being removed from the phone from 12:00 minutes onwards into the video.
Here's the ifixit Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra repair guide that may also help.
There are two different types of vibrate motors that can be used, Samsung part number GH31-00786A or GH31-00771A. (examples only to show different types used)
Search online for the part number of the type used in your phone to find suppliers that suit you best.

@genahmad what is it that you are referring to? The vibrator or the touch screen? Which part does not work?
