Disable Wireless Switch

My wireless switch does not work very well. The wireless card appears to be fine, but the on/off switch is not working. I would like to permanently keep this on. The problem, this is a micro switch on the main board. So, other than super glue and perhaps proverbial, or literal, duct tape I am not sure how to do this. Any suggestions?

Well the board will be surface mounted so you can't solder it. A bit of glue would hold it in place and if the connectors held in the right place it might fix it

if the switch is not working properly, I suspect the problem is with the contacts inside - so glue may not be the answer and could make it worse.

Bridging the switch would reliable keep it on.

either remove the switch from the circuit board and bridge out the tracks with solder, or (that is what I would do personally) open the switch (break it open) and bridge the contacts inside the (remnants of) the switch.

Both solutions have the possibility to cause damage - be warned

both good ones...i do lack the solder, although it does sound better. perhaps not gluing the switch, but more fixing it in place. the unfortunate thing is i am in a location that is tough to get supplies too. thanks guys....i'll let you know how it goes.

I have been doing this for almost a year now. I use transparent tape to fix the switch in position once I find the sweet spot in which it will stay green lit. Put the tape all the way across the switch, otherwise it will probably slide off position and you would have to redo.
