The 2013 Nissan Rogue may experience vibrations while in drive with the air conditioning on. These vibrations can be caused by worn or damaged engine mounts, an AC compressor, an idle control system, a transmission, an engine misfire, an exhaust system, and suspension components. Inspect the engine mounts for signs of wear or damage, replace them if necessary, and have the AC compressor checked for any issues. If the compressor is failing or experiencing issues, inspect the idle control system, transmission mounts, and exhaust system for any leaks or loose components. If the issue cannot be diagnosed or repaired, consider taking the vehicle to a qualified mechanic for a thorough inspection and repair.
