Go to Settings > Network and Internet > Hotspot and Tethering > tap on Hotspot and configure the hotspot Wifi settings.

I'm having the same problem. When I go in to configure my hotspot's AP Band the only one to choose from is the 2.4Ghz.
Hi, James, I'm contacting you because I could use some help with this should be simple issue. i keep trying to connect this phone to my home internet service. it just won't allow me too. also do you fix things such as TV's or Tablets and Speakers. i appreciate your assistance.
