it will only work when plugged in
we have a pixpro az421 it will only work when plugged in to charger can anyone help thank you helen

Hi Helen, it looks like you battery has gone bad. Can you remove it or is it internal?

just put in new battery and hopefully it is charging but the light isnt on so im not sure when i turn on camera it shows it is charging

not sure if new battery is charged enough but still doing the same will only work plugged in
@helenparham You need to buy a new battery. Try not to buy the same one you bought last time
