My phone doesn't turn on after i turn it off or the battery goes to 0%. If i turn it off i have to wait till the battery will be completely drained and then charge it. idk why is that happening and also the steps i just said are sometimes not helping and i just live w/o a phone for ~2 weeks. i have no idea what to do and i just dont want to go to phone service rn if i dont know the problem. does it have to do w/ my cracked screen or is it just a software problem??

@mikolajiwanicki couple of things you want to do first. No, you so not yet have to go to a repair service. WE support self repair and always try to give you options to repair it yourself. Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for that, use the one from here It is in spanish so use a browser that supports translation. Those parts are relatively inexpensive and easily obtainable from many online sites.
