My machine is stuck on lock
My machine is stuck on lock. I've reset it & tried unplugging it & re plugging..I got a diagnostic code of F5 E3 but not sure on how to fix that

@jovanniego64010 take a look at this video even so your model maybe different, in principle it will be the same way. In the past, I have popped the top part of the washer off to get to it, but it's more involved and can be a PITA. If you have the room, removing the cabinet will be easier. If you are stuck or unsure, add some pictures of your console as well as the top etc. with your Question. That way we can see what you see and hopefully guide you with the steps. iFixitでの質問に画像を追加する方法

@jovanniego64010 whats your washers model number? F5 E3 is a door lock error. Replacing the door lock should fix this. To unlock the door, remove the 3 screws along the bottom of the lower front panel. The panel will then pull straight down and off. Once you remove this panel you can reach up behind the upper front panel and pull down on the small plastic pull tab attached to the bottom of the door lock assembly. See if this works for you.

What is the model number (not the model series) of the washer?
Knowing this will help to find the correct part if a part is faulty and needs to be replaced.
