Our tv started to show horisontal and vertical lines and then image dissaperad. I measured the external power adapter and got 18V instead of 19.5 so i bought a new power adapter. With the new one i get image for maybe 30 seconds, then the lines appears and seconds later the image goes grey. No menues or anything visible. Any suggestions on more things to try before asking a repair shop.

@fredrikmal74731 we really need to know what those lines look like. It is possible that this is a mainboard issue or a panel issue. Remove the back cover from your TV and post some good pictures of your boards with your Question. Here is the guide for that iFixitでの質問に画像を追加する方法
