Hi @ismaelescobar,
If you can, get the vehicle's OBDII port scanned with an appropriate scantool to check if any DTC codes are shown.
The code will tell you why the check engine light is coming on.
If you are in the USA major auto parts retail chains e.g. AutoZone will do this for free.
