The AMOLED screen and the digitizer come as one complete module¹.

Here's a video that shows how to replace the display module in a Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra that may help.

I realize that it is not the exact same model but it should be close enough for what you want to do.

Search online for GH82-31902A to find suppliers that suit you best. (supplier examples only)

¹ Note: If the digitizer panel is the problem it seems that digitizers are also available as a separate part but this is the only supplier that I have found. Also you would have to know how to separate it from the AMOLED panel without damaging it
