The Macbook Pro turned on completely normally but due to water damage all 4 type-C ports are not working at all. I've tried to use a C-type drive to check as well.
Apple Store opened and can't pin point what needs to be fixed and suggests only way is to repair by replacing most all of parts inside.
Is there a way to charge it so I can at least get files I need out or emailed?

Based on the information you gave, it sounds like you are saying your MacBook is dead, so if all of the charging ports don't work, the only way may be to get a replacement battery just so you can access said files. That may not work, however, and if the type-C drive did not work, I am not sure if there is any viable way to access the files. You may also be able to take out the drive with the files, and put it in a working MacBook to access them. If these options don't work, I am not sure what else is out there, regarding solutions.

Hello, yes it turns on and worked perfectly but I just cant charge it anymore since all 4 c ports seem fried. I'm located in Los Angeles, CA. Please let me know if you know anyone I dont mind getting a new macbook as long as I can get the files in it. I didnt buy extra storage for icloud t.t

Are you sure your stuff isn’t backed up? Maybe on your iCloud account. Double check to be sure hopefully only a few thinks are missing.
OK, if that’s a no-go, you’ll need to get your system to someone with the deeper skills in getting your system to a point you can off load what you have if that’s possible. I’ll worn you this won’t be cheap!

@drewjeong - So maybe you only need someone to patch in an external power supply so you can download your stuff via WiFI to a local drive or iCloud account after you increase it as needed.
