Hi @neyvera
To check the settings, press the Win key and the x key (both together) → Power options → Additional Power settings → your selected power plan Change plan settings → Change Advanced power settings → Battery → Low Battery and the Critical Battery settings.
Firstly ensure that the critical battery level percentage value is lower than low battery level value, then go to Low battery notification → Apply → OK
