The Meta Quest 3 mixed reality headset was released on October 10th, 2023 and is the direct successor to the Meta Quest 2 and in many ways the spiritual successor to the Meta Quest Pro.
The headset arms are replaceable, you’ll need to buy a replacement (from Aliexpress for example) and follow a youtube or other tutorials, because there’s no arm replacement guides in iFixIt yet.
