Switching off Again and again

@winderchahal it is possible that this is software related, maybe a bad third -party app etc. Try to start your phone in safe mode and see if it still does it. Use the {https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answe... |Samsung Site] to show you how to get in Safe Mode.

If it works okay in safe mode, you will have to start removing your third party apps until you know exactly which one is the cause.

If it still happens in safe mode, then the issue could be a power issue. Check your battery. depending on age, it may just have to be replaced. This model also has issues with the flex cables. Check on those as well. Since iFixit does not yet have any guides for this, use something like this video

Of course, you also want to check if there is a Software update for your phone, and you can always try a reset. Careful with factory reset. you will need to make sure you have everything backed up and know all of your passwords etc.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
