Screen makes a noise

My display makes a buzzing noise, which can be reduced by turning down the brightness. Can this be fixed, what do I have to replace?

Often the backlight driver logic need repairs or replacement. The three inductors and the MOSFETs located here need to be checked.

Thanks Dan, went to Apple and they said its the whole board, they don't do it any more, but you can get it online. So I think that's the route or buy a second hand one, because by the time you pay for the board and labour to fix and postage or travel - it will be the same !!!! Thanks again for helping me make a decisions as to what to do.
