The QiCycle Folding Electric Bike is Xiaomi’s first foray into the world of e-bikes. It has a 250W high-speed motor powered by Panasonic 18650 lithium batteries. The Shimano Nexus 3-speed gear hub in combination with the torque measurement sensor gives you up to 45km bike power on a single charge. General menu on bikes display issue

Hello. I bought a used qi cycling, i downloaded the app on my phone, but i can’t reach the general menu on bikes display (in order to scan the QR code). When i turn on the display starts with the details when i am on the move (kilometers, power, etc). Can you please help?

I'm using an intl version for a year now, it works, I didn't care for BT until yesterday. What I did:

  • tried several apps, none could find the bike or connect to it
  • tried "xiaomi home" and it could connect and upgrade firmware too.
