Lcd replacement and lcd cover remove guide

Here's the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop.

Go to p.101 to see the steps required to remove the LCD cover. During this procedure you will also remove the LCD panel.

See below for the LCD panel part numbers for Thinkpad X395 Machine Types (MT) 20NL & 20NM

Notes:

see product label on bottom of laptop for MT number

Usually the part number is shown somewhere on the back of the LCD panel itself, if you wish to verify that you're ordering the same type as the original.

HD = High Definition 1366 x 768 resolution, FHD = 1920 x 1080 resolution

Search online using the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.
