Charging problem fast charge not working

Use a strong light and a magnifying glass to visually inspect the charge port connector to make sure that there are no bent or missing pins and that there's no debris lodged in the port e.g. lint, that may be preventing a good electrical connection with the charge cord plug. If there is any lint etc, use a vacuum cleaner to try and clear it.

If the port appears to be OK then here are some images showing the charging troubleshooting flowchart and also zoomed in and normal sized images showing the components mentioned in the flowchart on the systemboards.

If you determine that the charge port is faulty here's a video that shows how to replace the charge port board (known as sub pba in the flowchart)

Search online for GH96-13765A to find suppliers of the charge port board that suit you best.
