I'm taking you at your word that the micro USB port on your phone is somehow not working and needs to be replaced. That assumes you've checked the obvious things like trying a different charger and cord, along with cleaning out the charging port.

So, given you want to replace the port, you're in luck. On your phone it's on a separate circuit board from the motherboard and thus is cheap and easy to replace without needing any soldering skills. iFixit has a video guide showing how to unsolder and replace the port, but that's far more work than is necessary to fix your phone. Just so you know, with charging problems there could be other causes beside the port; the battery itself could be bad or the charging circuitry on the motherboard might not be working, but the charging port is a good place to start.
