1, check if the charger is working or not.
2, check is the micro USB charging cable is working or not.
3, check if the phone's charging ports are broken.
if any of this is broken change it, you can use another phone or change with 18w of changing.
if everything is in good condition then you need to check if there is a problem in the motherboard.
