My PC is not starting.
My PC's SMPS (power supply) is working properly and cleaned RAM then also my PC is not starting. Green light is stable in PC, monitor is also in good condition.

1 or more of your RAM sticks might be dead
Try this trick: turn on your computer with 1 of your RAM sticks, if your display turns on that RAM stick works, if it doesn’t that RAM stick is dead repeat until all of your RAM sticks have been tested.

Testa o HD e depois o processador se tiver outros componentes para teste.
Retire a bateria da placa mãe e aguarde de 2 a 3 minutos e recoloque na placa, isso esse da as configurações da bios.
